Pilates is for everyone. The answer is simple: ABCD – Any Body Can Do.

It adapts to all ages, fitness levels, and abilities, from beginners to professional athletes. Our classes are designed for everyone, whether you are new to Reformer Pilates or already experienced.

However, for Reformer Pilates, we recommend participants be 10 years or older.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows free movement. Clothing with stretch works best.

Avoid items with zippers or buttons as they may interfere with equipment.

Grip socks are recommended for every class and are available at the studio. Our studio is also shoe-free, with designated areas for footwear.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your first class.

This allows time to meet your instructor, learn about the studio, and understand how to use the Reformer equipment safely.

For safety reasons, clients cannot join a class without receiving proper instructions first.

You can view the class schedule and book sessions through the Wellflow App (for members only).

We recommend booking your class in advance to secure your spot.

We maintain strict hygiene standards.

• All equipment is sanitized after every session.
• Clients are asked to wipe down their reformer beds after each class using sanitizer spray provided by the studio.

This ensures a clean and safe environment for everyone.

  • Free Group Class Cancellation: Up to 2 hours before class.
  • Free Personal Class Cancellation: At least 8 hours before the session.
  • Late Cancellation: Results in loss of class credit.
  • No Show: Results in loss of class credit.

If you have any medical condition, injury, or physical limitation, please consult your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program.

Inform your instructor about any health concerns so exercises can be modified safely.
